P10 Stacker
The P10 Stacker is an automated stacking system designed for precision and efficiency in transformer core manufacturing. Capable of stacking up to 10 core segments (2 complete cores) simultaneously, it ensures accurate step-lap formation without the need for locating pins. Using an advanced electromagnetic and pneumatic vacuum system, the P10 enables fully sequential cutting and stacking, reducing labor requirements and improving productivity. Its compact footprint and automated conveyor unloading system streamline material handling, making it an ideal solution for mid-volume core production.
P20 Stacker
The P20 Stacker is a high-capacity precision stacking solution engineered for large-scale transformer core production. With the ability to stack up to 30 core segments (6 complete cores) in a fully sequential mode, it allows continuous processing of multiple cores without interruptions. Featuring electromagnetic positioning and precision servo controls, the P20 achieves ±1mm stacking accuracy, significantly reducing operator involvement while increasing throughput. Its integrated motorized conveyors ensure smooth core unloading and transfer, optimizing workflow efficiency and minimizing handling time.
P20E Stacker
The P20E Stacker expands the capabilities of the P20 by introducing E-stacking functionality, making it ideal for advanced transformer core configurations.
